Good to know
All tours include hotel pickup, so there's no office to find on tour day. We'll message you the evening before with final confirmation and your exact pickup time. Tours run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

Before you book
Frequently asked questions
The quickest way is WhatsApp at +506 8655-3434, tell us the tour, your dates, and group size, and we'll confirm availability the same day. You can also use the form above or email info@tucanestours.com. Once your spot is held, we send a short confirmation with pickup details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as cash in US dollars or Costa Rican colones on tour day. A small deposit may be requested to secure private tours and larger groups; the balance is due before or at pickup.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your tour are fully refundable. Within 24 hours, the deposit may be non-refundable. If we cancel due to unsafe weather or conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Yes. Pickup is included from hotels throughout Manuel Antonio, Quepos, and Jacó. For the San José / Santa Ana area, let us know your location and we'll confirm pickup options when you book.

What we collect
When you contact us or book a tour, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and travel details. If you use our contact form, Formspree processes the submission on our behalf. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site and to run advertising. These services set cookies in your browser. You can decline tracking via the banner shown on your first visit, or clear your cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are placed.
WhatsApp conversations
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use those conversations only to respond to your inquiry and plan your tour.
Data retention
Booking information is kept for up to three years for accounting and operational purposes, then securely deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 26 months per Google's retention settings.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@tucanestours.com. We will respond within 30 days.
