Costa Rica tours: frequently asked questions
Most tours include hotel pickup in the Manuel Antonio & Quepos area and many also offer pickup from Jacó. A growing number can be combined with San José day trips, use the "Departs from" filter above to see what works from your base, or message us on WhatsApp to confirm pickup.
Easy tours suit all ages and fitness levels. Moderate tours involve some physical activity such as riding or short hikes. High tours, like ocean kayaking and Class III-IV rafting, require good fitness and a sense of adventure.
We count tours of around four hours or less as half-day, and anything longer as full-day. Use the "Length" filter to plan your schedule, you can easily pair two half-day tours in one day.
Prices shown are per adult rack rates in USD for the 2026 season (sport fishing is priced per boat). A 13% IVA sales tax applies on top. Children's rates and group discounts are available, just ask when you book.
